Faith Relayer
When watching a relay race, there are crucial moments when you take interest and sometimes become impatient. This is when the baton is handed over to the next runner. If you delay at that moment or miss your chance for a perfect handover, you can lose the race.
Christians are running a relay race with the word of the Lord and the baton of faith. The Bible says that you must continue to pass the baton onto the next generation. Asaph proclaims, "I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings from of old things that we have heard and known, that our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done (Psalm 78:2-4)." There is a duty to pass on the covenant you have received to your future generations.

God prepared Moses in advance to teach the covenant to the posterity and reassure God would surely be with them. When Caleb saw the covenant that would be fulfilled, he crossed the Jordan River; went around the Wall of Jericho; and received the never before and never again answer of the Sun and the moon stopping.
