Response to Expectations
Anne Sullivan was born to a poor immigrant family from Ireland. Her mother died when she was a child, and was abandoned by her father. She contracted a bacterial eye disease and tried to commit suicide. She befriended a nurse by the name of Laura, during her studies at the Perkins School in Boston. Also while there, she had a series of eye operations that significantly improved her vision. She graduated at age 20 as the valedictorian of her class.
Afterwards her career led her to become Helen Keller's teacher, a girl suffering from triple disabilities. Sullivan loved Helen Keller for 48 years and nurtured her with the Word of God. In tears and prayer, Sullivan overcame thousands of disappointments and frustrations with ten thousand times of faith and love. The day Helen Keller received honorary degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia, Sullivan also received one from Harvard University. The two were true models of winning in life by holding to the covenant of God that made the absolute impossible, a possibility.
God has great plans in store for Remnants. Therefore, they must be beware of religious legalism; humanism; mysticism; outdated traditions and systems; and especially their own thoughts. When Peter went to Cornelius’ house to share the Gospel and to have a meal with him, the act of eating with a Gentile became a contestable issue in the church. Simply put, the church had lost hold of God’s works. Remnants must absolutely ask questions and continuously seek after God’s plans and enjoy thanksgiving in all things.
The Remnants of the Bible received was creating a spiritual platform. When Joseph made his spiritual platform through God-given grace, the entire world came to him. If you discard your thoughts; pray with the thoughts and plans of God; and make your spiritual platform, you’ll receive answers that connect the entire world.
You are the people of God, who will enjoy the blessing of renewal while seeing answers from God!! I pray for you and, I love you. 3/09/2021
