Waiting and Answers
Noah had a vision of building an ark. He had a difficult and lonely fight to fight with this dream of building an ark and saving himself, his family, and the lives of others. It was a fight that seemed to have no odds. It was a job that rejected all of his own reasoning, common sense, and rationale. However, Noah admitted, "By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith." (Hebrews 11:7) He made the covenant a reality with 100 years of waiting, and the God-given vision.
God who was with Noah is still with you now. Even now, the Triune God is at work; the problems of Genesis 3, 6, and 11 continue to persist; and Satan is working “25 hours” a day to destroy you.
Remnants of the Bible focused on the Gospel and enjoyed the full power of being filled by the Spirit of Jehovah. You are not waiting vaguely. Rather, you must wait by enjoying your God-given status and the blessings found within it. Daniel, who was held captive in Babylon, knew who he was; resolved before God; and enjoyed his status as he waited. You, too, must know who you are; enjoy your status as God’s child; and wait.
Daniel, who resolved, faced a grave crisis when he had to enter the den of lions. God not only sent angels to Daniel, but also established him as a witness of the Gospel before the powerful nation of Babylon. You, too, can enjoy God-given authority and wait for the day until world evangelization takes place.
You also possess the background of Heaven. You belong to God and your citizenship is in Heaven.
You are people of God who will hold to this covenant!!
I pray for you and I love you.
