The Spiritual Witnesses Of This Age

 In October 1893, during the Chicago World's Fair, all the shops in the city were closed and everyone wanted to attend. That same day, in Chicago, D.L. Moody held a rally in a music hall across the fair grounds. More than 700,000 people gathered at the fair, and there was concern, people wouldn't show at Moody's rally.

Moody's friend R.A. Torrey, who attended Moody's meetings, wrote about why the gatherings were so crowded that they could no longer accommodate them. Torrey said, “It’s because Moody is someone who knows God’s Word, the Bible, and can best convey his love.”

This event that took place in Chicago at the end of the 19th century brought many people back to God. Today, witnesses who can convey the love of God that can move hearts are needed, rather than theories of the world and plain knowledge of the Bible.

Jochebed nursed the newborn child Moses and imprinted the covenant of God in advance. The covenant imprinted in Moses resulted in him leading the Israelites into Exodus at the age of 80.

After Moses died, his servants Joshua and Caleb shared the mystery of the Ark of the Covenant and God's work in the wilderness to future generations. The transmission of the covenant to future generations is the key to spiritual healing.

Moses said, “Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” He further emphasized the importance of keeping this in mind and commanded to teach this belief to their children. God will surely set up his children, who are imprinted with his Word, as witnesses in the age.

You are people of God, who are the spiritual witnesses of this age who will convey the love of God!!
