Scar
In counseling, there are people sometimes who show deep wounds without filtration. When I hear such stories, I feel like I am looking at my past. My heart sympathizes with them, and my heart aches a lot. How extensive could the wounds be that one has to release some in consultation? There's always a reason why a person's wounds got there. Sometimes one has to take responsibility for those wounds because they are self-inflicted. Often cases the inner person has to cry it out. The heart, however, is waiting for an indescribable guidance such as with a confession, “I love You, O Lord, who is my strength.”
Although people claim to live their lives the way they want, most cannot escape the influences that they've heard, saw, and learned in childhood. For the rest of their lives, people live with scars caused by deficiencies and absence, as well as the stress and trauma from unwanted incidents and accidents. The world tells you to know what you want, believe in your inner strength, and make it happen. Although people have willpower, it’s difficult to control their hearts at will.
The state of mind does not change if people make resolutions and say, “Don’t be depressed,” “Don’t worry,” and Don’t be sad.” Fear cannot be overcome with effort. Being in a state of separation from God, people can never be truly happy.
Jesus Christ is the only way to meet God. There's only one being who can restore and heal the burdens in the heart, the diseased thoughts, and unstable life that have come because of sin. The authority to overcome the forces of darkness can only be found in the name of Jesus Christ. Having unresolved scars in your heart and being vulnerable to problems also means that you can understand the Gospel. Although God’s children appear to be abandoned, they’ve gained God-given true freedom through Jesus Christ. As a result, they are “those who remain.” They’ll remain as witnesses to show God’s power to the entire world, and they’ll discover and leave behind disciples whom God has prepared. You are people of God, in this covenant!! I pray for you, and I love you. 12/13/2021.
