Light of Christ
Charles T. Studd was from a prestigious English family and was the most popular sportsman of his time in England as the head of the Cambridge University team for cricket, a national sport. He dedicated all his possessions for evangelism and went to China with seven Cambridge University graduates to do missionary work for 10 years. Then he was off to India and Africa, giving many people new life.
In the process of evangelizing in Africa, on July 16, 1931, he passed away due to a chronic disease. As many as 7,000 Africans attended his funeral. He once said, “If Jesus Christ is God and died for me, then no sacrifice can be too great for me to make. for Him.”
David wasn’t simply Jesse’s son. David was the future king who would restore Israel and the one who remained whom God had hidden. So when David was a shepherd, Jesse watched over him so that he could fully meditate on the Word; sing praises; and develop his skills. Moreover, by having David run errands, Jesse helped him to study leadership qualities.
After meeting Samuel, David was greatly moved by the Spirit of the Lord. Likewise, you must instill a spiritual system and identity that will allow the posterity to enjoy the blessing of the throne and to shine the light of Christ in the world. Thousands of people around the world are suffering because they do not know the reason or answer. You are people of God, who will raise the spiritual summit that heals the sick world!! I pray for you and I love you. 5/24/2022
