 1940년 5월 26일부터 6월 4일까지 일어난 덩케르크(Dunkirk) 철수 작전은 우리에게 많은 교훈을 주고 있습니다. 독일군 기갑부대인 구데리안(Guderian)이 이끄는 탱크부대가 덩케르크 항구에 모여 있는 지친 연합군 34만 명을 전멸시키기 위해 빠른 속도로 20Km(12Mile) 앞까지 진격한 상황이었습니다. 이 소식을 들은 영국 처칠(Winston Churchill)수상은 웨스트민스터 교회의 성가대 앞에 엎드려 식음을 전폐하였고, 기도하는 처칠을 보고 의회와 전 영국 국민은 하나님께 기도하기 시작했습니다. 그들이 기도를 시작하자 덩케르크만 일대에 일어난 큰 폭풍우가 독일 진영으로 옮겨지며 폭우로 비행기는 뜰 수도 없었고 탱크와 전차는 진흙탕에 빠져 전진할 수 없었으며 독일 잠수함도 철수할 수밖에 없었습니다.  영국군은 이 틈을 타 선박 징발령을 내려 무려 9백 척에 달하는 배가 동원되었고(작은 통통배까지 자원하여 참여) 34만 명의 연합군을 도버 해협을 통해 영국으로 무사히 철수시켜 위기 속에 있던 그들의 목숨을 구했습니다. 이때 온 바다에 울려 퍼진 찬송은 “피난처 있으니 환난을 당한 자”(70장)였습니다.   하나님은 지금도 거대한 구원 계획을 중심으로 전 세계와 역사를 운행하고 계십니다. 하나님은 아브라함에게 하나님을 떠난 백성이 이방에서 400년 동안 객이 될 것과 피 제사를 드릴 때에 실패와 저주에서 해방될 것을 말씀하셨습니다. 애굽의 군대는 홍해에 몰살되었고 하나님은 이 역사가 후대에게 기억되길 원하십니다. 이스라엘 백성이 출애굽했을 때 처음에는 모두가 기쁨으로 나왔으나 홍해와 애굽 군대로 인해 원망하는 사람과 기도하는 사람으로 나뉘었습니다.  그 상황에서 모세는 “여호와의 행하시는 것을 보라”고 선포했습니다.  절대 불가능을 보며 원망하는 자가 아니라 모든 것을 가능케 하시는 하나님을 믿는 기도하는 자로 설 너 하나님의 사람아!! 기도합니다. 사랑합니다. 2/19/2022

 The evacuation of Dunkirk, between May 26 and June 4, 1940, took place. German tank units, also known as the Guderian, were advancing at a rapid pace to annihilate 340,000 allied troops gathered at the port of Dunkirk. Upon hearing this news, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill asked the former British Parliament and citizens to fast and pray. He chose to kneel down at the Westminster Church and pray to God. During prayers across the UK, a big storm crossed the Dunkirk Bay area. The heavy rain made tanks and planes unable to float, tanks drowned in mud, and German submarines were forced to withdraw. The British Army took advantage of this opportunity to issue a requisition for ships. They were able to mobilize as many as 900 ships (even small row boats were given voluntarily) and safely evacuate the 340,000 allied troops to England through the Strait of Dover, saving their lives in crisis.  Se produjo la evacuación de Dunkerque, entre el 26 de mayo y el 4 de junio de 1940. Las unidades de tanques alemanas, también conocidas como Guderian, avanzaban a gran velocidad para aniquilar a 340.000 soldados aliados reunidos en el puerto de Dunkerque. Al enterarse de esta noticia, el primer ministro británico, Winston Churchill, pidió al antiguo parlamento británico ya los ciudadanos que ayunaran y oraran.  430년동안 애굽에서 노예 생활하던 이스라엘은 양의 피 바른 날 해방되었습니다. 유월절은 그 어떤 몸부림으로도 빠져나올 수 없는 절대 불가능한 인생이 절대 가능한 인생으로 변화된 날입니다. 구원의 축복이 일어난 전무후무한 역사의 날입니다. 구원받는다는 것은 죄와 저주, 사탄과 그 운명, 지옥 배경에서 해방을 받고 영생 얻는 것을 의미합니다. 영생보다 큰 복이 없으며 그보다 더 큰 가치가 없습니다. 이것이 전무후무한 응답입니다.  지상에서 얻는 응답 중에 가장 큰 축복은 그리스도를 만나는 것입니다. 이것은 땅에서부터 영원까지 지속되는 가장 복된 생명입니다. 이것이 전무후무한 역사입니다.  신앙생활에서 나와 우리를 향한 하나님의 절대 언약을 붙잡는 것, 우리와 후대가 함께 잡은 세계 복음화가 또한 전무후무한 응답입니다. 어려움이 오면 당황하지 말고 절대 언약을 붙잡아야 합니다. 여호수아는 모세와 동행하면서 전무후무한 지도자 모세를 세우신 하나님의 인도를 믿고, 반드시 가나안 땅에 들어갈 것이라는 언약을 누렸습니다. 또 신분과 권세를 누리며 모든 사건을 여호와께 고하고 그렇게 될 것이라 확신했습니다. 우리도 매 순간 모든 사건 속에서 언약을 잡고 신분 권세를 누려야 합니다. 하나님은 나와 우리를 향한 전무후무한 응답을 준비하고 계십니다. 응답은 학업과 산업, 교회, 여러 만남 속에 숨겨져 다양한 형태로 드러납니다. 그러니 일어난 상황에 흔들리지 말고 이제 언약을 잡고 기다리면 됩니다.  모든 일에 도전하며 싸우지 않고 이길 너 하나님의 사람아!!! 기도합니다. 사랑합니다. 2/18/22

 The Israelites who held to the blood covenant, applied it on the doorposts of their homes, were released from 430 years of enslavement and God's new work began. Passover is the day when the life from which you cannot escape transforms into an absolutely possible life. It is an unprecedented day when blessings of salvation takes place. To be saved means to be set free from sin, curses, Satan, life's destiny, and from the background of hell to gain eternal life. There is no greater blessing or value than that. It is an unprecedented response. Among the answers on earth, the greatest blessing is to meet Christ. This is the most blessed life which lasts from earth to eternity. It is an unprecedented history. Holding on to God's absolute covenant for yourselves in your religious life, and world evangelization that the future generations have grasped together are also unprecedented responses.  Los israelitas que se apegaron al pacto de sangre, lo aplicaron en los postes de las puertas de sus hogares, fueron liberados de 430 años de esclavitud y comenzó la nueva obra de Dios. La Pascua es el día en que la vida de la que no puedes escapar se transforma en una vida absolutamente posible. Es un día sin precedentes cuando se llevan a cabo las bendiciones de la salvación. Ser salvo significa ser liberado del pecado, las maldiciones, Satanás, el destino de la vida y del fondo del infierno para obtener la vida eterna. No hay mayor bendición o valor que eso.  인종차별이 심했던 남아프리카 공화국에서 백인과 흑인이 예배를 별도로 드릴 때의 이야기입니다. 성 시온(Holy Church of Zion) 교회라는 흑인 교회에서 세족식을 진행하고 있었는데 백인인 올리비어(Olivier) 대법원장이 그곳을 방문했습니다. 그리고 그는 세족식 시간에 마르타(Martha Fortuin)라는 흑인 여성 앞에 무릎을 꿇고 정성을 다해 발을 씻겨주었습니다. 백인 대법원장이 흑인의 발을 씻긴다는 것은 당시에 상상하기조차 어려운 일이었습니다.   발을 다 씻긴 올리비어가 "여러분, 나 같은 죄인을 살리신 주님의 은혜가 놀랍습니다. 그 은혜에 감격하여 이 자리에 왔습니다. 이 분은 내 집에서 일하는 여인입니다. 한평생 우리 집 아이들의 발을 씻겨 주었으며, 그걸 보는 내 마음은 늘 괴로웠습니다. 그래서 오늘 우리 아이들의 발을 씻어준 바로 이 사람의 발을 씻겨 주어야 내 마음이 편안할 것 같아 이렇게 한 것뿐입니다”. 라고 말하였습니다.  올리비어는 이 일 때문에 대법원장직에서 파면당했습니다. 그러나 그는 “이제야말로 참으로 하나님을 찬양할 수 있는 자유로운 그리스도인이 되었다”라고 했습니다.  올리비어처럼 자신의 신분이나 사람들의 시선에 개의치 않는, 이런 사명을 가진 자가 참된 리더가 될 수 있는 것 아닌가요? 요셉은 열심히 실력을 갖추어 꿈을 해석한 것이 아닙니다. 하나님이 요셉에게 알려 주셨고 하나님이 주신 지혜로 장관과 왕을 도왔습니다. 모세가 리더쉽과 언변이 뛰어나 이스라엘 백성을 애굽에서 끌어낸 것이 아닙니다.  하나님은 우리에게 가장 중요한 복음을 깨닫게 하셔서 마음이 병들고, 영적으로 망해가는 개인과 나라, 시대를 살릴 답을 주십니다. 어떤 사람도 하나님을 만나지 못하면 근원적인 불안과 공허를 해결하지 못합니다. 교회도 영향을 주지 못해 외면당하고 있는 이 때, 우리는 영적인 고아의 상태를 치유할 참된 복음의 답, 예수 그리스도의 영원한 답을 가지고 현장에 서야 합니다,  ...
